The “Jumbo” distinguishes itself from other Tank Louis models with its larger 28mm x 35mm case and automatic movement, Calibre 170 — the only self-winding Tank Louis ever produced. It’s instantly recognizable by its rounded bubbleback, purpose-built to house the automatic calibre.

This example is in very good original condition and is fitted with its original strap and 18k deployant buckle. It shows signs of natural oxidation — a marker that the watch has remained untouched for some time — which we've chosen to leave undisturbed, though it can be easily removed if desired.

Accompanying the watch are its original guarantee card and, notably, its original invoice — something collectors will especially appreciate — documenting the watch’s first purchase from Cartier Hong Kong in 1977.
