From the late 1970’s, this Must de Cartier has a blue lacquer stardust dial and blue cabochon crown. Its vermeil case is 23.5mm x 30.5mm and houses the manual winding movement Calibre 78-1. This watch is fitted with a gold plated Cartier tang buckle. |
