Rare and sculpturally beautiful, this Omega De Ville 18k yellow gold manual wind bracelet watch, Ref. 8273, features a very unique octagonal-shaped case with a matching facetted sapphire crystal. Its brushed champagne dial is accented with black baton quarter markers at 3-6-9 and black pointed hands.
