A rare stainless steel Patek Philippe Calatrava, Ref. 3718, released in 1989 to commemorate the brand’s 150th anniversary. A limited edition believed to comprise no more than 500 examples, with approximately 250 executed with a lacquered ivory dial, as found here.

The stainless steel case measures 33mm across, its caseback set with a gilt medallion engraved “1839–1989” to mark 150 years of Patek Philippe. Powering the watch is the self‑winding calibre 215.

This example is preserved in excellent condition. It is fitted with a Patek Philippe leather strap and Patek Philippe steel tang buckle, and is accompanied by its Certificate of Origin, registered guarantee card, leather folio, and presentation box.
