This Patek Philippe Calatrava Ref. 3574 stands out as a rare and unusual model, with its stainless steel construction and relatively limited production (produced for less than five years with no more than a few hundred pieces made). It features an original and desirable silvered guilloche dial with a “Calatrava cross” pattern.

Its tonneau-shaped case measures 35mm x 40mm and has a screw-back. Its movement is the manual winding Calibre 23-300 PM, with 18 jewels. This watch comes on an original Patek Philippe strap and steel tang buckle. Circa 1970s.
