This is a 1970’s Patek Philippe cushion-shaped wristwatch in 18k white gold. Ref. 3545. Retailed and double signed “BEYER” by famed Zürich-based watch retailer, Beyer Chronometrie. 

Sometimes referred to as a “horizontal ellipse”, this watch measures 32mm wide by 27mm long. It has a simple silver dial with Roman numerals and the “BEYER” name above 6 o’clock. Double signed dials like this one are highly appreciated by collectors these days. 

Powered by hand wound movement Caliber 23-300. Original Patek Philippe sticker on the case back.
