A new-old-stock Patek Philippe 18k white gold and diamond-set ladies' Ellipse. Ref. 3377/1. Manual winding. This lovely bracelet watch has a beautiful original blue dial with applied baton hour markers. Its case measures 17mm wide and features 26 brilliant-cut diamonds factory-set in the bezel. 

In mint condition. Its case back still has the original “cristal saphir” sticker and its 18k white gold integrated bracelet with locking clasp is full length. Ca. 1970’s.
