New-old-stock Patek Philippe Ellipse crafted in 18k white gold with a factory-set diamond bezel. Ref. 3377/1. It features a beautiful original blue dial with applied baton hour markers, framed by 26 brilliant-cut factory-set diamonds in the bezel. 

In mint condition. Its case back still has the original “cristal saphir” (sapphire crystal) sticker and its integrated 18k white gold bracelet with locking clasp is full length. Circa 1970s.
