An early Roger Dubuis H37 5739 5 Hommage perpetual calendar wristwatch with moonphase and leap year indication. Crafted in 18k rose gold and limited to just 28 pieces, this example is exceptionally well-preserved.

The dial is a crisp white with applied Breguet numerals and dagger-style hour markers. It features apertures for the day and month, subdials for the date and moonphase, and a day/night indicator positioned at 3 o’clock — all arranged with graceful symmetry and elegance.

The 37mm case exhibits light surface oxidation from long-term storage — a subtle marker of its untouched status, easily removed by wiping.

Powering the watch is the self-winding Caliber RD 5739, a perpetual calendar movement with 25 jewels and hallmarked with the Geneva Seal. The movement can be seen through the sapphire crystal display back, and this example also includes its 18k rose gold closed caseback with matching numbers.

Rare and coming in a complete set, this is a true collector’s find. This example comes fitted with its original RD leather strap and 18k rose gold deployant buckle, and is accompanied by its original Box, Certificate of Origin dated 1996, Origin and Warranty booklet, Observatoire National de Besançon Certificate, paperwork pouch, additional 18k rose gold closed caseback, and RD hang tag.
