An early production Roger Dubuis Sympathie S34 570 in 18k white gold, limited to 28 pieces. The subtly creamy dial features applied Breguet‑style numerals and dot minute markers, framed by an outer railway track dividing the minute into fifths of a second — 300 in total. These details follow the contours of the Sympathie case, right down to the kinked Bulletin d’Observatoire notation above 6 o’clock, reinforcing its bold angular geometry.

The case measures 34mm, yet its cushion‑shape design and thick, elongated lugs amplify the watch’s proportions, giving it a presence on the wrist beyond its dimensions. The display back reveals the self‑winding Caliber RD 57, proudly bearing the Geneva Seal. Fitted with an 18k white gold tang buckle. Circa 1990s.
