A rare 1960’s steel Patek Philippe Calatrava with screw-down caseback. Ref. 3509. Simple yet elegant, this vintage Patek has a silvery white dial with black printed Roman numerals (which is less common than Ref. 3509 with applied hour markers). 

Its case is 33mm wide and made of stainless steel, making it inherently rare given Patek did not make many references in steel compared to precious metals.
