Cartier Ceinture LM in 18k yellow gold, Ref. 78099, manual winding, with an original Swiss-only “Mark 2” dial. This Mark 2 dial, as it is referred, is distinguished by a pointy “A” in “CARTIER” and no “CARTIER” secret signature.

The Cartier Ceinture was named after its case shape, which resembles that of a belt buckle (‘Ceinture’ is French for ‘belt'). Its bezel has a lovely stepped design with a cut-out to nest the flat octagonal shaped crown.
