A rare stainless steel Patek Philippe Calatrava, Ref. 3574 — produced for less than five years with no more than a few hundred pieces made. This beautiful piece has an original and highly desired silvered guilloché dial featuring a distinctive “Calatrava cross” pattern.
Its tonneau-shaped case measures 35mm x 40mm and has a screw-back. Its movement is the manual winding Calibre 23-300 PM, with 18 jewels. This watch comes on an original Patek Philippe strap with a steel tang buckle, and is accompanied by its original Certificate of Origin and Box. Circa 1972.
