Rare stainless steel Patek Philippe Calatrava, Ref. 3579, circa early 1970s. Prized for its stainless steel construction - uncommon for Patek Philippe at the time - and its estimated low production number.

The silver sunburst dial features applied baton indexes and bears the name Patek Philippe in serif font. Its cushion‑shaped case is 33mm wide and has a screw‑down back, housing the manual‑winding calibre 23‑300.

Preserved in excellent overall condition.
