This exquisite 1970s Patek Philippe cushion-shaped self-winding wristwatch, Ref. 3585, is crafted in 18k yellow gold and features a back-winder. Its blue dial has an interesting pattern reminiscent of the crisscross texture of linen, with a small vein of patina between 1 and 2 o’clock.

Powering the watch is calibre 350, which uses a bi-directional peripheral rotor. The case is 36mm wide and in beautiful original condition. This watch comes fitted with its original Patek Philippe leather strap and 18k gold tang buckle.
